How can i set Parental Controls on a PSP for browsing the internet?

my little brother got a PSP for christmas and my dad wants me to get a hold of it so that i can set the Parental Controls to block specific sites.... My dad wants him to be able to browse the internet, but not be able to go to bad or dirty sites.... how can i set the PSP so that it won't go to bad, dirty, nasty, ADULT sites?How can i set Parental Controls on a PSP for browsing the internet?
Sadly, you can't do that with the psp. If you think your little brother will go on bad sites then you should keep the internet lock on and only turn it off when he's supervised. You can bookmark safe sites and tell him that he can only go to those sites and there is a history where you can check to see if he went to any bad sites and if he did then you can lock the internet as a punishment.
