My internet filter isn't on my Control Panel?

It's completely hidden and it blocks over 90 percent of the internet sites and i'm sick of it how can I take it offMy internet filter isn't on my Control Panel?

When you are blocked what message do you get?





You could also speak to the person(s) who applied the filter and ask them to make it less rigorous. IE. let you access at least 90% of the sites you want to and only block those that might damage your system or be dangerous in some other sense.
