Wake up and control remote pc on internet behind firewall?

I want to work on pc which is at the remote end and in shutdown or hibernate mode, I want to wake up it and connect it through my desktop. my desktop pc has very strong firewall, so it must work behind firewall, my remote pc doesn't have firewall. My remote pc has one router in which i have put mobile card through which i am accessing internet. so pls suggest me software best suitable to fulfil my requirement.
