I can't open Internet Options in the Control Panel. I am using Windows XP Home Sp2.?

This occured after trying to download IE 7. I have the icon for IE but it states no add ons.I don't know if this was the cause of the problem.I can't open Internet Options in the Control Panel. I am using Windows XP Home Sp2.?
If your downloading IE7, I recommend going to Windows Updates. You might have to download and install patches before you download IE7. Sometimes one of the updates is IE. Try it out.I can't open Internet Options in the Control Panel. I am using Windows XP Home Sp2.?
You should try using Mozilla Firefox. IE has a lot of issues with a lot of things...

Try reinstalling...... that may fix it...

I would disagree with Reddo....IE works fine...personally I have NEVER had any issues with it.......But thats my opinion!

Stick with it
Open up IE if you can and check for tools near top right. Bottom of the menu is Internet Options.
